A good breakfast ensures top performance!

When you start your exercise, you want to have enough energy throughout. When you finish, you want to recover fast and well. Breakfast cereals and (top) sport go hand in hand: good nutrition is the basis for top performances.

When you want to have a nutritious breakfast, the right mix of slow carbohydrates, minerals and proteins is very important. This combination can be found in many of our breakfast cereals.

Energy and Recovery Muesli: we have joined forces with the nutrition experts of Team DSM to develop two mueslis that are entirely dedicated to optimizing sports performance. The Energy Muesli has a high energy- and fibre content that provides all the energy you need. In addition, there is only a small proportion of fat, which keeps the energy level stable because the carbohydrates can be absorbed more quickly.

The Recovery Muesli is full of nuts and seeds. Because of this, the protein content is high and it gives your body everything it needs for a good recovery. In addition, your energy level is replenished with the slow carbohydrates from the whole grain spelt flakes.

Porridge Mixes: our Porridge Mixes are low in sugar and packed with slow-release carbohydrates. The mix consists of oatmeal, but also partly of oat bran. Oat bran provides extra fibre and also gives the oatmeal a creamy structure. The mixes can be prepared warm as porridge or cold as overnight oats.

Oven-baked Nut & Seed Mix: This delicious mix is, as the name suggests, packed with nuts and seeds. The mix contains more than 18 grams of protein per 100 grams and is ideal as a product for after exercise. Delicious as a topping for (plant-based) quark or yoghurt, or as an out-of-hand snack.
